London Heathrow (LHR) is the largest international airport in the London area and has daily nonstop flights to a number of major US cities. The airport consists of 5 terminals and different companies will operate out of specific terminals so you’ll need to know which terminal to get to for your return trip. Here are some of the more common operators that fly to the US from Heathrow:
American Airlines - Terminal 3
British Airways - Terminal 5
Delta Airlines - Terminal 3
Virgin Atlantic - Terminal 3
United Airlines - Terminal 2
If you’re not using one of these operators and are unsure of where you would need to be then please contact us and we will try to help you!
For your return trip home be sure to follow these guidelines from the Heathrow website concerning allowances for liquids and powders in your carry-on luggage and personal items.

Once you’re in the country and have made your way through the border check then go to the Getting around page for information on how to get to Cheltenham.

Birmingham International is a smaller airport located in the Midlands area of the UK. While there are no nonstop flights from the US to this location, there are a number of one stop flights that connect via nearby major European cities.
The airport only has one terminal making navigating very simple, though the departure check-in area does have different zones for different operators. For airlines such as Air France, KLM, Lufthansa, easyJet, Turkish Airlines and Ryanair, you would use Zone B & C.
For your return trip home be sure to follow these guidelines from the Birmingham Airport website concerning allowances for liquids and powders in your carry-on luggage and personal items.
